We run SET Management, a sales management company that builds and runs large sales rep teams for some of the biggest online coaching businesses in the world. We design the systems, train the teams, and drive the revenue. That is what we do full time. Set Sites came out of something we kept noticing along the way: brilliant local businesses sending us leads through websites that were actively losing them customers. So we built Set Sites to fix it, using the same sales systems thinking we apply to everything else.
Freddie runs the systems and infrastructure side of SET Management and Set Sites. He designs the sales processes, builds the funnels, and makes sure everything behind the scenes is set up to convert. On your website project, Freddie is the one making sure the structure, the copy, and the funnel are all working together to bring in customers, not just looking good.
Henry leads on client relationships and team management at SET Management. He is the person making sure clients are looked after, communication is clear, and nothing falls through the gaps. On your Set Sites project, Henry handles the relationship from first call to go-live. You will have a direct line to him throughout, and he will make sure the end result is exactly what your business needs.
